Our anecdotal evidence suggests helping clients select and integrate the right applications can take up between 10 and 30 percent of some accountants' working weeks (with some reporting significantly higher percentages of time). Some firms have formalized this work into a significant revenue stream and an essential service, while others simply avoid the issue altogether.
