On November 6, 2003 the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and senior members of management of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) will join forces and present a free, interactive Webcast about preventing and detecting corporate financial fraud.
This unique program will discuss "lessons learned" from real-life cases pursued by the FBI. It also will discuss the FBI's "Fraud Radar;" where it's currently focused, and areas of future concern. Participants can e-mail questions directly to the presenters during the program and as many of the questions as possible will be addressed on the air.
The live interactive Webcast that is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., ET, will qualify for 2 CPE credits, and is highly recommended for all CPAs regardless of area of employment (the CD-ROM archive of the program will not offer CPE credits).
To register, click here. Organizations are encouraged to create one group registration, rather than creating multiple individual registrations, and make the event a "group affair" to facilitate identifying how the information in the Webcast could impact your organization.
