There are several ways to transfer your Excel worksheet to paper. Here are some tips to get the job done in a hurry.
Method 1: Press Ctrl+P to print the active sheet(s) in the current workbook.
Method 2: Click the File menu, then click Print to open the Print dialog box, where you can specify several print criteria such as the number of copies and the particular pages you want to print.
Method 3: Press Alt+F (for File), then P (for Print) to open the Print dialog box.
Method 4: You can select a specific area of the worksheet that you want to print by first highlighting the area, then choosing File, Print from the menu, and choosing the Selection option in the Print dialog box.
