Known as "Dr QuickBooks & Quicken" of Greater Seattle, I make house calls in a "gas-guzzling" Prius to help support and train small businesses and individuals learn how to properly manage their financial records in accounting and bookkeeping software (PC or Mac, desktop, online, or hosted).
I am an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor (Desktop and Online) with additional current certification in Intuit's Point of Sale and Enterprise software and named as one of the Top 100 ProAdvisors in the country in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 by Insightful Accountant. I have been certified in Intuit product lines since 2007 and also work with Quicken.
As an Intuit Premier Reseller, I can assist your clients at my usual and customary rates in determing which Intuit product or third party add on is appropriate, sell them QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and Mac at my cost (less than Amazon or Intuit), QuickBooks Online for 50% off the first year, Point of Sale at varying discounts, and Enterprise for 20% off Intuit's price for life for 1-10 users or 12.5% off for 11-30 with a merchant account through me or 35% off for checks, and help you install, configure, and train your clients (or you) in Intuit products.
I fix your financial aches and pains by setting up your small business or personal finances in the above accountant, bookkeeper, and financial management oriented programs, review what you have created or how they input their data (doing it yourself doesn't always mean you did it right), or train you how to use it to make your lives easier.
Common problems that I solve include online banking, payroll, adding accounts, backing up, inventory, credit card processing and payments, creating meaningful reports, mapping your accounts to appropriate tax lines, creating invoices, receiving payments, depositing them correctly, and customizing your program.
E-mail me with a description of your issues, the year and version of your software, and your complete contact information and feel free to call me at 206-789-8328 if you don't hear back in 24 hours. I encourage you to visit my website first for a comprehensive list of my services and rates.
For fun, I like to ride steam trains, visit historical museums and towns, go on scenic drives and hikes (without the ten essentials, smile), and use two for one coupons (and leaving 15-20% of the original bill at restaurants).

Well, I have gone from 343 to 240 as of April 29th on the #accountingtop100 list. Maybe one day I will see @drquickbooks of "always sunny" and shut down Seattle next to 99 other accountants (many of whom I know and follow) after I share a few more gifs which are supposed to help increase your rank.

I've bookmarked this post and sent a link to one client in always sunny Seattle who would find it useful as some of their "independent contractors" engage in the behavior described above.
I always include a link to my filled out W9 on my invoices to me or bills to my clients so they know they don't have to send me a 1099 since my business is a corporation.

I would add to keep copies of receipts for any items bought. When I managed property in Seattle, I used an itemized list.
