Possibly the main problem is that the relationship between a business and its accountant is one of trust - not something that a commercially orientated service has since they are focused on making themselves a profit and NOT going that extra mile because you care about your client. Mostly it is not their money so they have no incentive to save their clients money. OK maybe gone are the days where the family has a family Doctor a family Lawyer and a family Accountant!

Please - this is NOT Excel's fault - it is the fault of the user - don't blame the tool. It's like saying I wrote down the wrong number so the pen is at fault!
