Step 1: Stand with your feet slightly apart so that one foot is in front of the other.
Step 2: Take a bottle of water (or hand weight or your stapler) and hold it with both hands.
Step 3: Put the bottle and your hands behind your head and bend your elbows; this is your starting position.
Step 4: Slowly lift the bottle of water up over your head by straightening both elbows.
Step 5: Hold the bottle there for the count of 2, then slowly lower it down to the starting position.
Step 6: Do 1-3 sets of 8-12 reps.
