Step 1: Sit tall on the edge of your chair.
Step 2: Twist your body to the right, placing your left palm on the outside of your right knee.
Step 3: Place your right hand behind you and reach for the left side of your chair.
Step 4: Hold the stretch for 5-10 seconds, then repeat on the other side.
