Here are some fun ways to "walk" down the hall. You'll get a bit of a workout and feel revived!
Option 1: While walking, take the widest step you can and lunge forward.
Option 2: Walk as fast as you can without running.
Option 3: Pretend you're playing hopscotch – first your right foot, then both feet, then your left foot, on and on.
Option 4: March in place or as you move around your office, lifting your knees as high as you can.
