Step 1: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Step 2: Interlace your fingers behind your back, palms facing in.
Step 3: Raise and straighten your arms, squeezing your shoulder blades together and "opening up" your chest. Hold for 5-10 seconds.
Step 4: Repeat 5-10 times.
