The idea of a formal, written plan - let alone one that is verbally agreed upon - for the future operation and growth of your firm may seem like a foreign concept, but should it be?
Too many firms, small ones in particular, go year-in year-out with minimal direction other than responding to client needs, putting out fires, and trying to keep things in order for the next quarter, the next season, and possibly the rest of the year. At least, this is the impression we get, but we’d like to know more so we created a special survey!
This survey explores the expectations of owners and partners over the coming years, as well as how plans are being developed according to those expectations. The data will be kept completely anonymous and no personal information will be shared with any third party.
