Day 47: Tax Book Press

Fitness expert Cindy Whitmarsh, who has been sharing tips and exercises with us this spring, has designed some exercises specifically for tax accountants. Today's exercise finds a new use for your heavy tax books!

Step 1: Sit in your chair, holding book at chest with both hands.

Start 2: Start exercise by pressing the book straight out in front of you.

Step 3: Bring the book back into your chest.

Step 4: Push book up over your head and back to the chest.

Step 5: Repeat exercise 10-20 reps.
