New CCH KnowledgeConnect Offers Greater Mobile Access, Enhanced Features

CCH KnowledgeConnect, the knowledge management solution for organizing internal information and quickly identifying specific details and answers, now offers enhanced mobile access on Apple iPhone and Android devices as well as improved navigation for easier access to important answers – at the office or on the go. These new enhancements support the on-premise and Cloud-based versions. CCH, part of Wolters Kluwer is a leading global provider of tax, accounting and audit information, software and services.

Valuable, Convenient New Features
Through its new mobile site, the enhanced KnowledgeConnect solution can now detect when it's being accessed by an iPhone or Android device and will automatically deliver content in a clear, colorful mobile format displays. No need to download an app or enter login information. Other key new enhancements include:
  • Client View Feature – Firms can now securely provide KnowledgeConnect access to clients and select specific content to be seen. 
  • Favorite Content – Users can identify their favorite items and save popular content in a way that's easily accessible. Specific articles, searches, and contacts can be organized as favorite items for repeat reference. 
  • Wiki Option – KnowledgeConnect now offers a way for users to write and store information in Wiki form. Users can add notes, summaries, thoughts for colleagues and clients to call up and comment on. 
  • SQL Express – The software feature is now supported for firms that prefer the on-premise version. 
Additionally, the enhanced solution can also extend permissions for who can edit or delete articles within KnowledgeConnect as well as enable users to sort results by a variety of parameters.
