In his latest video series, accounting technology expert Greg Lam takes a detailed look at Xero. Whether you've heard of them or not, or know anything about the product or not, they are gaining traction in North America as an accounting solution for accountants and businesses alike.

Often touted as an alternative to QuickBooks, there are many things that make Xero unique and other aspects that may or may not be the right fit for you and your clients. In the first part of this series, Greg Lam discusses the product's user interface, bank functionality and help and support.
