What qualification should I get?

My finance career started in 2011 doing bits and bobs as an office manager - I then went on to be finance assistant in 2013, and have worked my way up to manager without any formal training (in the charity sector). I've reached the point where I feel like not having any qualification is going to hold me back from being able to get the next job (and there are gaps in my knowledge such as how to prepare management accounts, end of year accounts, and vat returns and other statutory things) - I'm so overwhelmed by all of the possible options to choose from. Do you have any recommendations about what would be the best qualification based on your own experience? At the moment I'm looking at AAT partly because it seems to be the cheapest but I know there's loads to choose from...
