In a speech delivered at 10:00 a.m. today (March 31), U.S. Treasury Secretary Henry M. Paulson announced the release of Treasury’s Blueprint for a Modernized Regulatory Structure.

A synopsis of the blueprint’s recommendations is contained in this Treasury Department Fact Sheet.
