Hi all
I'm really hoping that someone can help as I'm getting myself quite confused.
I own a limited company but it doesn't earn much money therefore I would like to close the company and go self employed instead, but don't really know where to start. Therefore I have a few questions:
- How do I go about closing my company?
- Can I start to be self employed now whilst my company is running?
- What else do I need to think about?
Any help would be really appreciated.
