Friedman LLP was again named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey by NJBIZ, ranking 15th among participants in the medium category.
Companies from across the state participated in the two-part process to determine the 55 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. Scores from confidential employee surveys were combined with employer surveys detailing the firm’s benefits and policies.
According to Jeff Zudeck, Friedman’s New Jersey managing partner, “We have implemented a number of programs and policies, both formal and informal, with the intent of making our values shine through. These policies and procedures, implemented against a backdrop of a strong work ethic, bring our firm together and make us a stronger and more attractive employer.”

Another much-loved benefit is Friedman’s policy of offering Fridays off during the summer so that employees can have three-day weekends without eating up valuable vacation time.
