Intacct Partnership Helps Automate Time & Billing

Beginning in November, companies can more easily keep track of personnel expenses incurred and hours worked thanks to a new partnership between Intacct and OpenAir.com.

The new system brings the best of both vendors to a client's employee base by putting more tasks into their hands rather than placing the administrative burden on the human resources department or similar environment. Intacct is a well-known provider of Web-based accounting and business services.

For example, employees can use OpenAir.com to record their time and billing activities from any location, thereby speeding up the process. Users input an identification code, and OpenAir.com routes the information to the user’s Intacct system.

Intacct estimates that employees will save an average of four hours each month with the new system. This equates into about $600 per employee, per month.
