Finetrics Partners with eOnline, Inc. for Internet Solution

CHICAGO - September 18, 2000 - Just weeks after announcing
its relationship with global professional services firm
Arthur Andersen, FiNetrics Inc., a business service provider (BSP) developing an integrated and comprehensive suite of financial applications and services for the emerging and medium-sized business market, announced today that it has completed its agreement with eOnline, Inc. As a result of the agreement, eOnline, a leading enterprise ASP, will now host FiNetrics' SAP-based Internet accounting application, FiNetrics OutNumber(tm).

Through its alliances with Arthur Andersen, SAP and eOnline, FiNetrics can now provide its customers with FiNetrics AccountingSource(tm), which provides easy access to financial solutions including services from Arthur Andersen and technology from SAP. FiNetrics AccountingSource is the first solution to offer emerging businesses this powerful combination of services (business process outsourcing) and technology delivered via an ASP model.

"Until now, startup and emerging companies have not had
access to premier enterprise applications such as SAP due to
the significant implementation costs," said Adrian Ionel,
CEO and chairman of eOnline. "We're pleased to support
FiNetrics as it combines a powerful ASP-based application
with significant expertise to provide a comprehensive
accounting solution."

To support its business process outsourcing services,
FiNetrics has established an Arthur Andersen-staffed service
center in Chicago to provide emerging and mid-sized
companies with comprehensive finance and accounting
services. Professionals in the service center will leverage
FiNetrics OutNumber to conduct general accounting, expense
processing and strategic financial reporting for FiNetrics
clients. With eOnline hosting FiNetrics OutNumber, companies
will be able to access their accounting data anytime and
from anywhere, confident in the security and reliability of
eOnline's professional data center.

"EOnline has an exceptional track record for delivering SAP
solutions in a hosted, managed environment, and we are
extremely excited to partner with yet another industry
leader," said Ken Mueller, CEO and president of FiNetrics.
"In the new economy, it is essential that companies are able
to quickly and easily deploy and manage their financial
operations. Coupled with our relationships with Arthur
Andersen and SAP, eOnline positions FiNetrics as the first
company to marry business process outsourcing with the ASP
model so businesses can have immediate access to best-of-
breed financial applications and services."
