'Bonus depreciation' and 'Eligible small business' are top tax researcher requests

Intuit ProLine Tax Research has provided AccountingWEB with the monthly results of its internal search engine, showing the most-searched words and phrases made by tax preparers in the month of March.
 
ProLine Tax Research, powered by BNA, is available as an add-on to the Intuit professional line of tax products which includes Lacerte Tax and ProSeries Tax. The word cloud picture below represent the search terms that professional tax preparers are searching for. According to Kim Amsbaugh, of Intuit's Accountant Communications and Media Relations, there were 29,175 unique searches performed in ProLine Tax Research during the month of March, 2011.
 
"You will see that “eligible small business” was the most searched term by far this month," said Amspaugh. "This term was searched five times for more frequently than the second most popular searched term, bonus depreciation."
 
The word cloud, pictured below, displays the top 100 most searched for items. The larger the letters, the more searches for the topic.
