Participate in Expertise Marketing Survey

Would you like to see how professional service firms are trying to become more sensitive to the marketplace? Would you like to know the steps firms are taking to become more externally focused, and their early impressions about the effectiveness of their approaches? If so, we would like to invite you and/or your chief marketing officer to participate in our fifth annual study of marketing in professional service firms.

AccountingWEB is pleased to announce a collaboration with Expertise Marketing in a landmark study "Becoming More Market-Driven: How Are Professional Service Firms Getting Closer to Their Clients?" We are encouraging all of our members to complete an on-line questionnaire and in return you will receive a complimentary copy of the colorful, easy-to-read report that features both qualitative and quantitative analysis of findings.

Your firm's confidential responses to our on-line questionnaire will enable Expertise Marketing to provide you with highly valuable insights on the perceptions, practices and performance of firms of different sizes across a variety of professions. This information should be very helpful as you guide your firm to make strategic decisions about getting closer to your clients. In return, early next year we'll send you a. We'll also be developing a companion report of case study interviews on this topic.

As in prior years, an advisory panel of nearly two dozen chief marketing officers from the top firms in various professions has helped Expertise Marketing shape their study. They are also working in partnership with a number of prominent professional service groups. This year's participating organizations include the American Association of Healthcare Consultants, the American Consulting Engineers Council, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Associated General Contractors of America, the Association for Accounting Marketing, the Canadian Association of Management Consultants, the Professional Services Marketing Association and the Society For Marketing Professional Services, and AccountingWEB. The study will also include findings from firms in law, executive search and a wide variety of consulting fields.
