Outlook 2000 SuperGuide

For many of you, Microsoft Outlook is your choice for your Personal Information Manager (PIM). Outlook 2000 offers new features, but be careful – it’s not like previous versions.

Outlook works well in an organization because it allows individuals to use it as a personal scheduler and information center while allowing the firm to set up public folders that give all (or selected) individuals read-only access to important data (e.g., a client list or vacation schedule).

ZDNet’s SuperGuide provides tips that will let you cruise over bumps in the installation road. The Guide also will walk you through features that are new to Outlook. It will even help you maneuver through Outlook’s split personality!

A few of the highlights in the Guide are stationery tips and links to stationery that can be used in Outlook, a how-to for mapping contacts, and converting messages to tasks.
