Great Plains has earned the Arthur Andersen Global Best Practices Award for Strategic Leadership. The winner was chosen from nine finalists and 1,000 entrants.
Other categories included "Exceeding Customer Expectations" and "Motivating and Retaining Employees." Great Plains received the award in Strategic Leadership based on their programs in communication, emotional intelligence, relationship building, coaching, and strategic vision and innovation.
