Wisconsin CPA firm adds new team members

 

In her new role, Vissering provides comprehensive tax planning and tax return preparation services to corporations, partnerships and individuals. Prior to joining Vrakas/Blum, she worked for over seven years at Bloomington, Illinois-based accounting firm, Striegel, Knobloch & Company, LLC. Vissering began her professional career in 2000 at Kirkby, Phelan & Associates, where she worked for over two years.

 

Vissering is a graduate of Northern Illinois University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in 2000. She also received an Associate’s degree from Illinois Central College in 1998. Vissering is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Illinois CPA Society (ICPAS). She currently resides in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.

 

Wagner’s new role is in the tax department of Vrakas/Blum. There she is responsible for providing tax planning and tax return preparation services to the firm’s clients. Previously, Wagner worked for one year as a tax consultant at Deloitte Tax LLP, the tax practice of “Big Four” accounting firm, Deloitte.

 

Wagner graduated in 2008 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Master of Accountancy degree in Taxation. She also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the university in 2007. Wagner is a resident of Mequon, Wisconsin.
