Wisconsin CPA firm adds new business valuation manager

Patricia A. Rogge, CPA/ABV was recently added to the managerial team of Brookfield, WI-based CPA and advisory firm of Vrakas/Blum, S.C.

Rogge joins Vrakas/Blum as a manager in the firm’s business valuation practice. In her new role, she assists with the valuation of privately-held businesses for various matters such as estate and succession planning, divorce, shareholder disputes, and sale or purchase of businesses.

Prior to joining Vrakas/Blum, Rogge worked for six years at Purinton, Chance & Mills, LLC in Overland Park, Kansas. As a business valuation analyst and accounting and audit manager, she was responsible for assisting with the preparation of business valuations for non-public entities under USPAP and AICPA standards. Rogge also assisted clients with litigation support including lost profits calculations. She has over 28 years experience in public accounting including eight years practicing business valuation.

Rogge is a 1980 graduate of the University of Kansas where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business administration. Her memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Forensic and Valuation Services Section of the AICPA, and the Kansas Alumni Association. Additionally, Rogge is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Kansas and holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation from the AICPA. She is a resident of Milwaukee.
