Two Oregon accounting firms merge

The Eugene, Oregon-based accounting firms of Mueller Yuva & Osterman and Larson and Associates have merged their practices.

The combined practice of Mueller Larson Osterman Yuva Whitted expects to benefit from the strengths of both firms, which include auditing and estate planning.

In addition, redundancies in their practices will be removed to make the combined practice more efficient.

Partners in the new merged firm include Chuck Yuva, Jim Mueller, Marga Larson, Rhonda Osterman, and Rick Whitted.

The accounting firm will continue to operate from offices at 225 E. 4th Ave. in Eugene, where both firms previously operated separately. The new firm will employ a total of 18 people, including the partners.

Mueller Larson Osterman Yuva Whitted will focus on providing tax, accounting, auditing, and consulting services to individuals, small to medium-size businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
