The merger was effective January 1. Bernstein Fox will retain its name during a transitional period before becoming part of the MGO name and brand. It will continue to operate out of the current location at 2029 Century Park East, Suite 500 in Los Angeles. MGO Partner James Godsey will be relocating from MGO’s downtown Los Angeles location to the offices in Century City. Employees at both businesses will be retained.
