"There are many challenges as well as opportunities facing companies in today's ever changing global market," said McCaffrey. "I appreciate the opportunity to work with such a talented group of professionals who have the relevant experience and perspective of the market, business and regulatory issues necessary to help our clients successfully execute their deals and capital raising transactions."

"Private equity firms have evolved in the last decade and currently manage a diverse group of portfolio companies. As a result, our services have also expanded to meet the sophisticated needs of these investors and their portfolio companies," said Hartnett. In his new role, Hartnett leads a group of seasoned merger and acquisition professionals, specializing in private equity transactions and addressing the ongoing needs of portfolio companies of private equity firms.
