Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra opens new Boca Raton office

Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLP (MBAF), Florida's largest independent accounting firm, continues its growth strategy with the opening of its Boca Raton office. The office, led by Partner Marjorie A. Horwin, will house the firm's Private Wealth Services Group offering individual tax planning, estate planning, and charitable planning strategies.

"For MBAF to be able to expand and flourish during a time of economic recession is a notable achievement," said Tony Argiz, managing partner of MBAF.

"The addition of the Boca Raton office allows MBAF accountants and staff to serve our growing clientele in Palm Beach County while reinvesting in the local economy and business sector."

While the Boca Raton office is new, its staff has more than three decades of experience, working to provide individuals and families with planning techniques geared toward preserving wealth and minimizing income and transfer taxes. The Private Client Wealth Services Group also works closely with the client's other professionals to develop integrated plans designed to accomplish the goals set forth by the client.

In addition to offering private wealth services, the Boca Raton office is also home to MBAF's special Madoff Task Force which was organized in December of 2008 in order to help Florida investors - many of whom live in Palm Beach County - recover tax dollars lost in the multi-billion dollar investment scheme.

MBAF offers a full suite of accounting services including litigation support services and family law. Argiz noted that MBAF is not only growing in Boca Raton, but in Fort Lauderdale as well, where the firm recently relocated and expanded its Las Olas office.
