KPMG Foundation President Elected to Points-of-Light

Former KPMG partner Bernard J. Milano, who now works exclusively for the KPMG Foundaton as president, recently was elected to the Board of Directors of the Points of Light Foundation.

Points of Light is dedicated to engaging people in volunteer community service. As a new member of the board, Milano joins a group of recognized national leaders, including honorary chairman and former president, George Bush.

Also elected to serve on the board were Marcia Bullard, president, CEO and editor of USA Weekend magazine; James A. Joseph, US Ambassador to South Africa from 1996-1999; and Steven L. Miller, chairman, president and CEO of Shell Oil.

Milano will serve on the Resource Development Committee, helping create fundraising programs to support the Foundation. Milano also is the immediate past President of Beta Alpha Psi, and serves on the Board and Executive Committee of Students in Free Enterprise.
