Freed Maxick Merges with RSM McGladrey
Buffalo, New York based Freed Maxick Sachs & Murphy, P.C. have announced that some of it's divisions will combine with RSM McGladrey Inc. (part of the H&R Block network) and part of it's divisions will merge with McGladrey & Pullen, LLP.
Freed Maxick Business Services, the consulting arm of the firm, will join RSM McGladrey, Inc.
Freed Maxick Sachs & Murphy, P.C., the audit and attest arm of the firm, will join forces with McGladrey & Pullen.
Freed Maxick employs over 270 people in offices in Buffalo, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Dallas and Los Angeles.

Glaser, managing director of Freed Maxick Business Services headquartered in Buffalo, with offices in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Dallas, and Los Angeles. "As part of RSM McGladrey, we will be able to provide clients with additional resources, expanded services, and business solutions they have been requesting, including broader industry-specific experience, especially in manufacturing and healthcare."
