A new strategic alliance between New York City’s Marks Paneth & Shron LLP and Decosimo CPA Firms with offices in Tennessee, Georgia and Ohio, will bring a new player to the global business marketplace. MP&S Decosimo Global will bring a full range of sophisticated international tax planning and consulting services to mid-sized, growing businesses that value the personal attention of senior accounting and consulting professionals.

MP&S Decosimo Global will operate as a strategic alliance between the two firms allowing each to supplement the services they will continue offering independently in their respective regions. Under the leadership of highly regarded international tax professionals Laurence Feibel of Marks Paneth & Shron and William Elliott of Decosimo, the new alliance extends the reach and deepens the breadth of the international tax services already offered by the two firms.
