Eide Bailly elects managing partner, board members

Fargo, ND-based Eide Bailly LLP, a certified public accounting and business advisory firm, announced its partners have re-elected Jerry Topp to serve another three-year term as managing partner/CEO. Topp has served as the Firm's managing partner/CEO since 2003. Under his leadership, the Firm has doubled in size — in revenues, staff, partners and number of offices.

In addition, the partners also re-elected Keith Severson, Sioux Falls partner, and Kevin Andersen, partner-in-charge of the Boise office, to serve additional three-year terms. Also joining the board as ex-officio/non-voting members are Steve Corley, partner-in-charge of the Oklahoma office, effective August 1, and James Lyons, Colorado partner-in-charge, effective November 1.

The board elected Al Heinen, Minneapolis partner, to serve chairman of the board and Kevin Andersen to serve as vice chairman of the board for one-year terms, effective immediately.

Other current members of the board of directors: John Jacobsen, Billings partner, Mark Martens, Fargo partner, Andy Spillum, Phoenix partner, and Joe Willaert, Mankato/Madelia partner (ex-officio).
