Eide Bailly & Buckhoff O'Halloran Form Fraudwise LLC

HLB International reported that Eide Bailly, LLP and Buckhoff, O'Halloran & Associates, LLP have created a strategic partnership and formed a new company, Fraudwise, LLC, which offers fraud-related consulting services. "We formed Fraudwise LLC to more formally organize and deliver services we have been providing in the areas of fraud prevention, detection and investigation in an effort to better meet the needs of our clients" said Mr. Darold Rath, managing partner and CEO of Eide Bailly LLP. By combining our business knowledge with the expertise of Buckhoff and O'Halloran, we bring a powerful service to the marketplace. We want to be able to help our clients avoid fraud and, if fraud is detected, we want to be able to offer our clients assistance in the investigation process."

Fraud has become increasingly common in today's society, said Mr. Buckhoff. "We have the expertise and experience to help our clients, from prevention assistance, which involves providing education to employees and implementing a fraud program, to the detection and investigation of fraud."
