Crowe Chizek Named Best Place to Work in 5 States

Crowe Chizek and Company LLC, one of the nation’s largest public accounting and consulting firms, has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana, Kentucky, New Jersey, South Florida and Tennessee. The work/life programs Crowe provides its 2,400 personnel include an overnight travel rewards program, a Women Into Leadership program and the CareerLink career development and performance management program. In addition, Crowe provides flexible work arrangements, wellness programs and personnel assistance programs.

Indiana
Crowe Chizek has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana in the large size employer category, according to the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Anthem. Honorees are selected through employer reports and comprehensive personnel surveys. More than 800 people work in Indiana Crowe Chizek offices in Indianapolis, South Bend, Fort Wayne and Elkhart.

Kentucky
The Society of Human Resource Management and Humana, Inc. have named Crowe Chizek one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky. The selection process is based on an assessment of the company’s personnel policies and procedures and the results of an internal personnel survey. Nearly 150 personnel practice out of Kentucky Crowe Chizek offices in Louisville and Lexington.

New Jersey
Crowe Chizek has been named one of the Top 50 companies on this year’s Best Places to Work in New Jersey list. The list is produced by NJBIZ and sponsored by JH Cohn and Staffing Alternatives. This distinction was determined through personnel surveys and evaluations of workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. Crowe Chizek has an office in Livingston with nearly 50 personnel.

South Florida
Crowe Chizek has been named as one of the Top 15 Best Places to Work in South Florida among medium size companies in the region. The South Florida Business Journal, along with Littler Mendelson, P.C., determined winners entirely based on personnel survey results. Crowe Chizek has three offices in South Florida, include two offices in Fort Lauderdale and one in Lake Worth with more than 115 personnel in the region.

Tennessee
Business Tennessee magazine named Crowe Chizek one of the Best Employers in Tennessee. Crowe is one of only 25 companies in Tennessee to achieve this distinction. Winners were determined through a two-step process consisting of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics and a personnel survey to measure the employee experience. The list is also presented by the Society of Human Resource Management, the Tennessee State Council and the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce. Crowe Chizek has offices in Tennessee in Nashville and Knoxville with nearly 200 personnel in the state.
