Clifton Gunderson Web site wins three creative awards

Clifton Gunderson, ranked as one of the nation's largest certified public accounting and consulting firms, has announced its external Web Site has received international recognition for its Web Site design and content. The firm was awarded with three "2008 Hermes Creative Awards" from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP).

    "We analyzed the Web Sites of dozens of professional service firms, some in our space and others outside our scope. Our design agency developed a site encompassing functionality that's not only cutting edge, but relevant to our objective of gaining greater exposure in our marketplace," said Carl George, CEO.     Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, and design of traditional and emerging media. Hermes Creative Awards recognizes outstanding work in the industry while promoting the philanthropic nature of marketing and communication professionals. Hermes Creative Awards are judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. The international organization consists of several thousand marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, media production, and freelance professionals.

    Clifton Gunderson launched its external Web Site in February 2008 with a unique focus on usability and conversion. The firm's new Web Site employs a broad range of innovative Web technologies, including the construction of a .Net database framework, an extensive resource library and an enhanced careers section that highlights Clifton Gunderson's active recruiting efforts with videos, interactive features and animations.
