CBiz Acquires Tri-Tek Information Services
Century Business Services (CBiz) has acquired Tri-Tek Information Systems, a privately held technology services company based in St. Louis. As a result, Tri-Tek will become part of CBiz Interactive, a division of the larger CBiz and their network of outsourced business services.
CBiz recently was ranked the seventh-largest accounting company in the country by Accounting Today, and one of the 100 fastest growing companies in the nation by Fortune magazine. Tri-Tek reported more than $30 million in revenue for 1998.
CEO and President Fred M. Winkler said the acquisition of the company benefits CBiz based on Tri-Tek's ability to provide Web-site services, e-commerce and Internet offerings.
