Beard Miller Company partners elected to firm's governing board

Beard Miller Company LLP (BMC), a leading Mid Atlantic certified public accounting firm, is pleased to announce the election of firm partners Keith M. Cenekofsky and W. Robert Berkebile to the firm's Governing Board, effective January 1, 2008.

Cenekofsky is a partner in BMC's Audit and Accounting Services group and is based in BMC's Lancaster location, and Berkebile is a partner in BMC's Small Business Services group, and is based in BMC's York office. Both partners will play a vital oversight role on the Board, which is tasked with managing the rapid growth of BMC's complex organization, with multi-state locations, hundreds of employees and thousands of clients.

"We are confident that Mr. Cenekofsky and Mr. Berkebile will provide important advice and guidance in their Board roles, working as part of BMC's focused and dedicated professional management team," said Lamar R. Stoltzfus, chairman and chief executive officer, BMC.

The other Board members are: Lamar Stoltzfus, Chairman, Jody Keller, Vice-Chairman, Robert Newcomer, Greg Crumling and Kevin Simmerman. The Board term of Steven D. Orndorf, managing partner of BMC's Allentown office, expires at the end of 2007.
