AuditWatch Names New President

AuditWatch, Inc. has named Joseph P. "Bo" Fitzpatrick, CPA, as President, replacing Thomas P. Houck in that position. Mr. Fitzpatrick will manage the day-to-day operations of the company.

Tom Houck, former President and Founder of AuditWatch, Inc., will continue to serve as Chairman of the company and will remain involved in strategic issues and other important matters.

Fitzpatrick joined AuditWatch in 1999 and most recently served as Executive Vice President-Sales and Recruiting. He previously served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP and was the director of finance at several other companies. He graduated in accounting from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business in 1985.
