Arkansas CPAs receive promotions

The Fort Smith, AR-based CPA and wealth management advisory firm of Beall Barclay & Company, PLC recently announced the promotions of Christopher L. Cluck, CPA, Andrea L. Parker, CPA, and Christal D. McDonald, to the position of In-Charge Accountant. Cluck, Parker and McDonald were previously Staff Accountants with the firm.

In their new roles, Cluck, Parker, and McDonald are responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and ensuring quality control on various tax, accounting, and auditing client engagements while providing mentoring to staff accountants within the firm.

Cluck joined Beall Barclay in 2006. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and Bachelor of Accounting degree in 2006. Cluck is a member of the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA) and the Young Emerging Leaders of Fort Smith. He grew up in Cedarville, Arkansas and currently resides in Greenwood, Arkansas with his wife Amy and three children.

Parker joined Beall Barclay in 2006. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 2006. Parker's memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA). She is originally from Concord, Arkansas and now resides in Bella Vista, Arkansas.

McDonald joined Beall Barclay in 2005. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 2005. McDonald is a member of the Fort Smith Business & Professional Women's Local Organization, the Young Emerging Leaders of Fort Smith, and the Fort Smith Jaycees. She is a resident of Fort Smith.
