FEI Opens Doors to Global Membership

FEI, the leading professional association for corporate financial officers, controllers, and treasurers, has officially changed its name from Financial Executives Institute to Financial Executives International.

FEI, which has previously limited its membership to financial executives in the U.S. and Canada, is expanding its geographic scope to include membership from around the world.

The group, which describes itself as the leading voice for corporate financial executives, provides professional development opportunities to its membership and regularly presents the views of its membership to the SEC, the FASB, and legislators. As part of its new image, FEI plans to expand its advocacy influence into the international arena.
