Datek Online, an online brokerage pioneer, introduced "Ask Datek" - a new service that give customers instant access to answers for Datek-related questions.

Datek is the first online brokerage firm to offer the intuitive type of answering service that allows customers to ask questions in natural language. Customers signing onto the Datek site will get fast, efficient answers 24 hours a day.

When a customer types a question such as, "How do I open an account?" Ask Datek will immediately provide links to answers on the site.

The service was developed by Ask Jeeves Inc., which provides the same type of service for searching the web.
