Publisher's Note

According to a new report by the Congressional Management Foundation, almost half of voting-age Americans - 44 percent - contacted a U.S. senator or representative sometime in the past five years. Just four years ago, a similar survey showed only 18 percent of voting-age Americans had contacted their lawmakers. Why the difference? The ease of using the Internet. At this point, it's hard to imagine doing business without the Internet, not to mention life in general without the Internet. It's fully-ingrained in our lives. This e-newsletter is proof! Thanks for reading and acting upon the offers of our advertisers!
