We get to rummage around the office today, looking for something to hold that has some heft to it. I suggest a laptop bag (ideally, with a laptop inside it), a briefcase or audit bag, or even a nice stack of client folders. Dumbbell weights will work as well.

Laptop Bag Bend
Today's exercise requires the use of a weight that you can hold in both your hands. This exercise will work on toning your hamstrings.
  1. Stand up straight and hold your weight in both hands in front of you.
  2. Squeeze your posterior muscles.
  3. Bend forward at the hips.
  4. Keeping your back straight, lower the weight to the floor in one fluid movement.
  5. Again, in a single fluid movement, lift the weight back up to the starting position.
