Hospital Engagement Opportunity

I have an engagement opportunity from a Midwestern hospital that is looking to hire an accountant to give an opinion on whether or not the hospital has the financial wherewithal to proceed with a major rebuild of its facility/campus.  The accountant can be from anywhere within the United States, as long as their firm has health care experience.

The hospital says that it can finance what it is proposing.  The daily newspaper in this large city wants an accountant to look at the hospital’s financials, which are public, and give a third-party opinion.   

Do you know of an accountant, individual or firm, which would have the interest and credibility to do this?    

Maybe there is a firm/person who would appreciate the limelight?  This engagement would also result in an approximate 16 hours of billable time.

This one might get controversial, because the accountant would be either validating publicly, in the newspaper, what the hospital is saying--or giving a contradictory opinion.
