Good deals on airfares
Almost any website has a good deal or 2 (expedia, travelocity, kayak, etc.) and they all get their information from the same sources. Seriously, your best bet for any travel is usually a good travel agent that specializes in the type of travel you are doing - business, cruises, family vacations, foreign, or special event. They are out there and are harder to find, but once you do, they are like gold! It doesn't cost you anything to use them, and they can provide you with the same prices you can find yourself after hours of digging on the internet. Why not have them dig for you, and you spend your time doing something else? Chances are, they have already set their computer for alerts from all the same websites you would use, and they have the most up-to-date information; plus, they are aware of non-internet deals that are out there, too. Don't always assume the internet has the lowest price! On top of that, they will also provide other services or information that you will definitely not get if you purchase your tickets on your own - all at no extra charge.
