I would like to only comment that the "Fed" needs to look more closely at banking policies becoming more uniform in regards to handling of deposits. Banks are the number one reason hard working people seem to have a hard time getting ahead of the ball when it comes to personal finance. Banks need to have one balance that dictates how your money is processed, some are showing as many as three to four balances that dictate fees assessed to an account. I read your presentation and speech you gave on the status of the US economy regularly to the Board and to the US Congress, and even to the president and his cabinets. What I admire most about you, you have been liked by both parties over many years. One thing you are good at is you turn the worst economy era into the best you can make. A good example would be the Tax Cut of the Republicans, despite the unrecoverable National debt. During the time of President Clinton, you were all the way to reducing the debt. How is it that you are so good in holding the two magnetic poles together so that they do not repel.
