Day 6: Just Move!

You deserve a guilt-free break – you know you need one. Here are some simple ways to feel revived, get your heart pumping, and burn some calories.  
 
Option 1: Go to a staircase if you have one and step up and down the bottom step for five minutes. Or, you can step all the way up and down the staircase a couple of times. If you don't have stairs available, march in place for five minutes.
 
Option 2: Instead of sending an e-mail to a coworker across the hall, go to his or her office and chat face-to-face. 
 
Option 3: Take a short walk around the office or, better yet, outside.
