Dealing with E-mail

According to a recent survey by Listserv, from 2009 to 2010, e-mail use by seniors rose 28%. During the same period, e-mail use by teenagers declined 59%. I think it's great that so many seniors are now active this way. I'm 45 years old and my grandfather uses e-mail every day! Of course, regardless of your age, escaping e-mail during the accounting workday is virtually impossible.
