Intro: If your company is set up to use a direct deposit service for paychecks, executing the direct deposit is a simple process.
Step 1: Activate Direct Deposit
Choose Employees, My Payroll Service, Activate Direct Deposit from the QuickBooks menu.
Step 2: Update Employee Information
For each employee, open the individual employee's information, click the Direct Deposit button on the employee's Payroll and Compensation Info screen, click the User Direct Deposit button, and enter specific bank account information.
